The Butler, waiting elegantly on the corner, seems to converse with the painting, referring to its branches while reaching out to the Tree House, landing a hand in the branches to help in framing a full tableware with a very refined special collection of glassware. Housing without housing. The Butler and the Tree House, two pieces that merge art and design, as they are both functional and sculptural elements. After being carefully carved and cut, the Butler’s top pieces and all branches were sand-casted by local craftsmen, a very ancient method of casting in special refined sand that enables the molding of metal with precision. While the glass boxes and custom-made hinges were getting ready to reach their final display. Finally, the painting, founds its place. Housing without really housing.
